Job Title: Academic Associate

Location: Naxal, Kathmandu, Nepal

Dlytica Academy is looking for a proactive Academic Associate to join our team in Kathmandu, Nepal. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys communicating with students, and can effectively support training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing academic programs, training sessions, and student engagement.
Coordinate with instructors, students, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
Support curriculum development, course scheduling, and learning material preparation.
Handle student queries, maintain academic records, and provide administrative support.
Assist in organizing workshops, events, and internship programs.
Make calls and send messages to potential students to convert inquiries into enrollments for training programs.
Follow up with leads, explain training courses, and assist with the enrollment process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in academic coordination, training, sales, or student counseling.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
